All payments made to BVIN Prime for consultation, documentation support, application preparation, submission assistance, follow-ups, and processing services are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement signed by both parties.
No refunds will be provided if you:
decide to terminate your service request before we submit the application, or
cancel/withdraw shortly after signing or starting the process, or
stop responding, delay, or abandon the process at any stage.
We provide professional guidance and service time based on rules and requirements that exist at the time of service delivery.
No refunds will be given in any of the following circumstances:
misrepresentation or fraud by the applicant/client,
failed medical examination,
criminal record or adverse security/immigration history,
changes in laws, criteria, procedures, or decisions by immigration authorities, embassies, VFS/third-party centers, or government bodies,
refusal/denial/rejection by an embassy/authority for any reason beyond our control.

If you paid by card or online payment method, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first notifying BVIN Prime and allowing us reasonable time to review and respond. Any chargeback attempt may lead to immediate suspension of work and sharing of service records/invoices with relevant parties as needed to defend the claim.
If a refund is exceptionally approved, it will be:
decided case-by-case at the discretion of BVIN Prime, and
processed within up to 90 working days, depending on payment channel/bank processing times.
If you have signed a service/retainer agreement with BVIN Prime, that agreement’s refund clauses will apply and may override sections of this page.
Government fees, embassy/VFS fees, medical, insurance, translation, courier, biometrics, and any third-party charges are not controlled by BVIN Prime and are non-refundable, subject to the third party’s own rules.
