1. Introduction

Welcome to Bvin Prime Solutions. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Scope of Services

BVIN Prime provides consultation and support services such as: visa/immigration guidance, document checking and preparation support, application form assistance, appointment guidance,follow-up and status support, Bahrain-related services support (where applicable). We are not an embassy, not a government authority, and we do not guarantee approvals.

3. Non-Refundable Payments

Service fees paid to BVIN Prime are non-refundable. Once an invoice is generated and work is initiated, any refund decision (if applicable) is governed by these terms and any signed agreement.

4. Payment Methods & Chargebacks

If you pay via card/online transfer:

You agree not to initiate a withdrawal/chargeback without notifying BVIN Prime first.

You agree to cooperate with BVIN Prime if we must respond to a bank/payment processor inquiry regarding the transaction.

You acknowledge that service records (messages, logs, drafts, invoices, receipts) may be used to defend against disputes.

5. No Refunds for Abandoned Applications

If you abandon your process, stop responding, fail to provide required documents, miss appointments, or discontinue after starting, no refund or fee transfer will be provided.

6. No Refunds for Switching Services

If you change your mind and switch to another country/visa type/service after starting, no refund or adjustment will be made for fees already paid.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree that:

all information/documents you provide are true, accurate, and authentic, you will not submit forged/altered documents through us, you will provide documents on time and follow instructions required for your case. If any misrepresentation/fraud is found, BVIN Prime may stop work immediately without refund.

8. Decision Authority

Final decisions are made by embassies, consulates, immigration departments, and/or third-party processing centers. BVIN Prime has no control over outcomes, processing times, interview requirements, or document requests after submission.

9. Timelines

Any timelines provided are estimates and can change due to embassy workload, holidays, additional checks, system delays, or changing requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

BVIN Prime is not liable for indirect losses (missed flights, hotel losses, job losses, opportunity loss, etc.).

Our total liability (if any) is limited to the service fee paid to BVIN Prime for the specific service.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute related to BVIN Prime services will be handled according to:

the signed agreement (if any), and

applicable laws/jurisdiction stated in your invoice/contract or business registration.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Agreements at any time. The version posted on this page is the current version and applies from the Effective Date
